Our Team

Manuel A. González Sanz

With 34 years of experience as a lawyer, Manuel serves as a vital link between the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally. His career in public service includes prominent roles such as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Minister of Foreign Trade, Special Advisor to the Vice President, and Ambassador in Geneva. In the private sector, he has focused his practice on real estate law, banking and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project financing. He specializes in highly complex transactions and corporate advisory services. Additionally, he has served as Vice President of the Chamber of Exporters and President of the Costa Rican Foreign Trade Promotion Agency (PROCOMER).

Marisia González Echeverría

Marisia is a lawyer and notary specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate legal advisory for national and international clients. Her main focus is on promoting foreign investment and business law. She has dedicated a significant part of her career to the real estate sector and asset management. Marisia has international work experience, having worked at prestigious law firms such as Noerr in Berlin and Latham & Watkins in Paris. Additionally, she advises and represents clients on banking law and capital investment matters.
